About Our Program
Our educational philosophy follows age-appropriate guidelines based on a learning center environment where children learn by doing, problem solving, direct instruction, and discovery. We use Experience Curriculum which is research based and aligned with North Carolina’s standards: NAEYC, Head Start, and Common Core. Each class attends music and chapel time on a weekly basis. Our staff is experienced and knowledgeable in working with children.
Our program was created in 2005 as a ministry to community preschoolers and their families. We sponsor this weekday early education program as a ministry of the church to provide a learning environment that will help preschoolers grow as Jesus grew: “in wisdom (intellectually), stature (physically), and in favor with God(spiritually) and man (socially)” – Luke 2:52.
